If you want to add a cam using HDMiniCam app, I suggest you charge the cam first. And you must turn off when charging. Insert a TF card into the camera. Then, turn on the camera. If you want to keep the camera on for a long time, keep it connected to the power supply. Wait 20/25 seconds for WIFI connection on camera.
